When you connect with the Holy Spirit, you connect with Yahweh through Yeshua.
His spirit will bring life to you because you have been made right with God.
Your Spirit is Alive
9 However, you are not [living] in the flesh [controlled by the sinful nature] but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God lives in you [directing and guiding you]. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him [and is not a child of God]. 10 If Christ lives in you, though your [natural] body is dead because of sin, your spirit is alive because of righteousness [which He provides]. 11 And if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you. Romans 8:9-11
Even though we may be isolated, we are never alone.
Joint Heir With Jesus
Living By the Power of the Holy Spirit Reconnecting Us to Yahweh
12 So then, [a]brothers and sisters, we have an obligation, but not to our flesh [our human nature, our worldliness, our sinful capacity], to live according to the [impulses of the] flesh [our nature without the Holy Spirit]— 13 for if you are living according to the [impulses of the] flesh, you are going to die. But if [you are living] by the [power of the Holy] Spirit you are habitually putting to death the sinful deeds of the body, you will [really] live forever. 14 For all who are allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.15 For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading again to fear [of God’s judgment], but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons [the Spirit producing sonship] by which we [joyfully] cry, “[b]Abba! Father!” 16 The Spirit Himself testifies and confirms together with our spirit [assuring us] that we [believers] are children of God. 17 And if [we are His] children, [then we are His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His spiritual blessing and inheritance], if indeed we share in His suffering so that we may also share in His glory. (Romans 8:10-17 Amplified)
The gift of God’s Holy Spirit Reconnects us with our Heavenly Father.
“Therefore you, O son of man, say to the children of your people: ‘The righteousness of the righteous man shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall because of it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; nor shall the righteous be able to live because of his righteousness in the day that he sins.’ When I say to the righteous that he shall surely live, but he trusts in his own righteousness and commits iniquity, none of his righteous works shall be remembered; but because of the iniquity that he has committed, he shall die.Again, when I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ if he turns from his sin and does what is lawful and right, if the wicked restores the pledge, gives back what he has stolen, and walks in the statutes of life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die.None of his sins which he has committed shall be remembered against him; he has done what is lawful and right; he shall surely live. (Ezekiel 33:12-16)
“Yet the children of your people say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ But it is their way which is not fair! When the righteous turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, he shall die because of it.But when the wicked turns from his wickedness and does what is lawful and right, he shall live because of it.Yet you say, ‘The way of the Lord is not fair.’ O house of Israel, I will judge every one of you according to his own ways.” (Ezekiel 33:17-20)
Our Final Enemy Death Destroyed
And now Yeshua is risen from the dead, and has become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep. 1 Corinthians 1:20
For since by man came death, by manalso came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Yeshua all shall be made alive. But each one in his own order: Yeshua,
the first fruits,
afterwards those who are Yeshua’s at His coming. (I Corinthians 15:21-23)
Then comes the end, when Yeshua delivers the kingdom to Yahweh,
when Yeshua puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. (1 Corinthians 15:24)
Signs Of The End
The Fall of Jerusalem
The fall of Jerusalem took place on the twelfth year of our captivity in the tenth month on the fifth day of the fifth day of the month. One escaping the captivity of Jerusalem came and said unto me: “The city has been captured! (Ezekiel 33:21)
The Cause of Judah’s Ruin
Then the word of the Yahweh came to me, saying: Son of man, they who inhabit those ruins in the land of Israel are saying, ‘Abraham was only one, and he inherited the land. But we are many; the land has been given to us as a possession.’ “Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God:“You eat meat with blood, you lift up your eyes toward your idols, and shed blood. Should you then possess the land? You rely on your sword, you commit abominations, and you defile one another’s wives. Should you then possess the land?” ’(Ezekiel 33:23-26)
“Say thus to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “As I live, surely those who are in the ruins shall fall by the sword, and the one who is in the open field I will give to the beasts to be devoured, and those who are in the strongholds and caves shall die of the pestilence. For I will make the land most desolate, her arrogant strength shall cease, and the mountains of Israel shall be so desolate that no one will pass through. Then they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have made the land most desolate because of all their abominations which they have committed.” ’ (Ezekiel 33:27-29)
Hearing and Not Doing
“As for you, son of man, the children of your people are talking about you beside the walls and in the doors of the houses; and they speak to one another, everyone saying to his brother, ‘Please come and hear what the word is that comes from the Lord.’ So they come to you as people do, they sit before you as My people, and they hear your words, but they do not do them; for with their mouth they show much love, but their hearts pursue their own gain. Indeed you are to them as a very lovely song of one who has a pleasant voice and can play well on an instrument; for they hear your words, but they do not do them. And when this comes to pass—surely it will come—then they will know that a prophet has been among them.” (Ezekiel 33:30-33)
Judgement on Idolatrous Israel
Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying: 2 “Son of man, set your face toward the mountains of Israel, and prophesy against them, 3 and say, ‘O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God! Thus says the Lord God to the mountains, to the hills, to the ravines, and to the valleys: “Indeed I, even I, will bring a sword against you, and I will destroy your high places. 4 Then your altars shall be desolate, your incense altars shall be broken, and I will cast down your slain men before your idols. 5 And I will lay the corpses of the children of Israel before their idols, and I will scatter your bones all around your altars. 6 In all your dwelling places the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places shall be desolate, so that your altars may be laid waste and made desolate, your idols may be broken and made to cease, your incense altars may be cut down, and your works may be abolished. 7 The slain shall fall in your midst, and you shall know that I am the Lord.
A False Prophetess: Jezebel
Jezebel, the wicked queen of Israel in the 9th century B.C. led the covenant people into the worship of pagan gods. She encouraged Yahweh’s people to commit both physical and spiritual fornication by the idolatrous worship of other gods. This “harlotry” was intolerable to Yahweh, and He condemned both Jezebel and her husband Ahab as well as all her children to death (1 Kings 21:23-25)–The Woman’s Study Bible, Second Edition, Thomas Nelson, Inc. 2006, page 1672.
The Dead Corrupt Church
In Revelation 2:20, the church of Thyatira was rebuked for tolerating “that woman Jezebel” in their midst. This historic Jezebel had been dead for nearly one thousand years; however, a false prophetess with the same spirit had appeared in this church in the first century. Similar to the first Jezebel, she acted fiercely independent and lacked a humble personality–The Woman’s Study Bible, Second Edition, Thomas Nelson, Inc. 2006, page 1672.
“And to theangel of the church in Thyatira write,
‘These things says the Son of God,who has eyes like a flame of fire, and His feet like fine brass:“I know your works, love, service, faith, and yourpatience; and as for your works, the last are more than the first.Nevertheless I havea few things against you, because you allowthat womanJezebel, who calls herself a prophetess,to teach and seduce My servantsto commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. And I gave her timetorepent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent.Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent oftheir deeds.I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He whosearches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. (Revelation 2:18-23)
In Revelation 2:20, the church of Thyatira is rebuked for tolerating “that woman Jezebel” in their midst. The historic Jezebel had been dead for nearly a thousand years, but a false prophetess with the same spirit had appeared in this first-century. Like the first Jezebel, she was fiercely independent and unsubmissive in character. Also like Jezebel, she led the people of God into into idolatry and immorality under the guise of religion…Her doctrine bore semblance to orthodox Christianity to “seduce” Christ’s servants, but in essence, her degenerate mysticism promoted “the depths of Satan” by encouraging believers to accept idolatry and pagan state-worship (Rev. 2:24)–The Woman’s Study Bible, Second Edition, Thomas Nelson, Inc. 2006, page 1672.)
“Now to you I say,and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say,Iwill put on you no other burden. But hold fastwhat you have till I come. And he who overcomes, and keeps My works until the end, to him I will give power over the nations—
‘He shall rule them with a rod of iron;
They shall be dashed to pieces like the potter’s vessels’—
as I also have received from My Father; and I will give himthe morning star.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’ (Revelation 2:24-29 NKJV)
The Faithful Church
…‘These things saysHe who is holy,He who is true,“He who has the key of David,He who opens and no one shuts, andshuts and no one opens”:“I know your works. See, I have set before youan open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.Indeed I will makethose of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeedI will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.Because you have keptMy command to persevere,I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come uponthe whole world, to test those who dwellon the earth.Behold,I am coming quickly!Hold fast what you have, that no one may takeyour crown. He who overcomes, I will make hima pillar in the temple of My God, and he shallgo out no more.I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, theNew Jerusalem, whichcomes down out of heaven from My God.And I will write on him My new name.
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” ’ (Revelation 3:7-13)
Pray and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you the answer to this question: How many seals are already opened?
The Seven Seals
First Seal: The Conqueror
Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals; and I heard one of the four living creatures saying with a voice like thunder, “Come and see.” And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer. (Revelation 6:1-2)
Second Seal: Conflict on Earth
When He opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come and see.” Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that people should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword. (Revelation 6:3-4)
Third Seal: Scarcity on Earth
When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine.” (Revelation 6:5-6)
Fourth Seal: Widespread Death on Earth
When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.” So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth. (Revelation 6:7-8)
Fifth Seal: The Cry of the Martyrs
When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed. (Revelation 6:9-11)
Sixth Seal: Cosmic Disturbances
I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” (Revelation 6:12-17)
The Time Is Near
Then he (the angel) said to me (John), “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God (Yahweh) of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.
“Behold, I am coming quickly!Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”
Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things.
Then he said to me, “See that you do not do that. For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God.” And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is at hand.He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous, let him be righteous still; he who is holy, let him be holy still.” (Revelation 22:6-11)
You are to guard your heart for everything you do flows from your heart. (Proverbs 4:23) You must not allow Satan to enter your heart and cause you to become trapped to sin and Satan.
You are to serve Yahweh and no other gods. (Exodus 20:3) You must put Yahweh first and not become a servant to mammon: material things.
You must love Yahweh with all your mind, heart, soul and strength. (Luke 10:27) Your vocation will entail loving Yahweh. Your life will become a light directing others to love Yahweh too.
Trust in Yahweh and be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to Yahweh. And the peace of Yahweh that surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Yeshua. (Philippians 4:6-7) You should take your concerns no matter how small or large to Yahweh and ask for His help and He will hear and answer.
Yahweh does not want us to copy the ways of the world. Instead let Yahweh transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will come to know what God wants you to do, and you will know how good and pleasing and perfect His will really is. (Romans 12:2)
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do:and the God of peace shall be with you. (Philippians 4:8-9)
Let no* corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. (Ephesians 4:29)
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of Yahweh in Yeshua concerning you. (I Thessalonians 5:18)
What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of Yahweh, and you are not your own? For you are bought with a price: therefore glorify Yahweh in your body, and in your spirit, which are Yahweh’s. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Yahweh, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto Yahweh, which is your reasonable service. (Romans 12:1)
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; (Ephesians 6:11-18 KJV)
For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (James 2:10) We must keep Yahweh’s Ten Commandments spoken down the mountain and written with His very finger on tablets of stone–stone representing their permanency versus book of laws written on paper by Moses done away with at the cross including tithing praise the Lord!
So then, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do likewise will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever practices and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5:19) So we must remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy–that’s Saturday the one Yahweh made holy at creation when He finished His work of creating the world–an eternal memorial of God’s goodness.
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matthew 5:18) Whenever I look up at the big blue sky, I am reminded that Yahweh’s Ten Commandments are still in effect.
13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13) Our job is to make sure we make it into the coming kingdom.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own.…(Matthew 6:33-34) A lot of times we think God called us to go out into the work place and take on a role. If you are a mother, mothering and caring for your children and family is your job. If you do not take care of your kids, who will? The television, video games and peers are no substitute for you. Especially leaving your child with just knowledge imparted at school. This is not enough to prepare them for their life. If you are a father, you should support the mother and the children by caring for the family and providing for the family’s needs. In todays society a single income often is not sufficient so both parents must work. If so, remember that your priority is do God’s will and obey His laws. Remember to seek first the kingdom of Yahweh and everything else will be added unto you.
Finding the Kingdom of God within you is your work that God sent you here to accomplish. You also must help others find their way back. Yeshua sent us to preach the gospel so others can know the way and the truth. We can live in the light and not in darkness. The good news is that Yeshua paid our sin penalty. So we can return to the Kingdom by repenting: rejecting sin. Yeshua’s death on Calvary allows us this privilege for those who hear, obey and repent.
Faith and Works
This takes work on our part. Yeshua did His. We must do our part–like James said faith without works is dead: useless. So again we must hate sin with all our mind, body and soul fully cognizant that sin only leads to suffering and death–no escape for those who choose this route. We must learn to strive wholeheartedly knowing within ourselves the futility of a life of sin to live according to the will, voice, and commands of God. That’s the key to discovering the Kingdom of Yahweh in our midst.
Knowing a magical God
How many of us seek eternal life and wish to know that Yahweh accepts us now? Well you can know. We need to know God for ourselves–keeping in mind all the words of the prophets, Yeshua and family/friends. Like scientist, we must start investigating these truths. We must run our own experiments and test God’s words.
Its only in searching and trusting God that we become awed by His sudden presence right in our midst. God who is Spirit shows up and makes His presence known to us.
Others may or may not believe us. We can always tell them to run their own inquiry and see the results for themselves.
That’s what I’m saying to you friends who lack these encounters with the living God, run your own experiment and discover what others have discovered: a magical God in our midst right under our very nose. Most times we do not sense God because we do not look for Him and obey Him.
Obeying the voice of God is crucial
We lack a personal relationship with God. We, however, would like to know how to attain this relationship. We haven’t seen a burning bush like Moses nor heard the voice of God speaking from the midst of the fire. We haven’t walked on water with Yeshua like Peter. We neither were stricken and heard the voice of Yeshua on the road to Damascus like the apostle Paul.
How can we get these same supernatural experiences today like so many we read and hear about in the Bible? These experiences generally come (when we search for the truth and for Him). We gradually develop a personal relationship with Yahweh via spiritual investigations–via a profound desire to know God.
Pray and think
In addition, you must think often and ask questions. For instance, “How did Yeshua connect with Yahweh? What did he do? How can we learn from Him? Why did He choose to fast? How can fasting help my spiritual growth?” He is our model that we ought to follow. We must learn to trust in God like Yeshua and the prophets. We will find Him when we obey Him and seek Him daily through prayer.
Let’s look at some Bible verses that offer us some insight and direction. These verses will help to lead us on our journey from sinful living, to a repentant heart and to everlasting life in the Kingdom of God.
It really isn’t complicated, you just need to know what steps to take and take them. When you learn the truth, the truth will indeed set you free–let’s begin.
True Repentance and Baptism–Step 1
1. [Godly] sorrow that is in accord with the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation; but worldly sorrow [the hopeless sorrow of those who do not believe] produces death. (2 Corinthians 7:10 Amplified Bible)
2. “As for me, I baptize you with water because of [your] repentance [that is, because you are willing to change your inner self—your old way of thinking, regret your sin and live a changed life], but He (the Messiah) who is coming after me is mightier [more powerful, more noble] than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to remove [even as His slave]; He will baptize you [who truly repent] with the Holy Spirit and [you who remain unrepentant] with fire (judgment). (Matthew 3:11)
Oswald Chambers wrote the following:
“Have I ever come to a place in my experience where I can say–“I indeed–but He?” Until that moment does come, I will never know what the baptism of the Holy Ghost means. I indeed am at an end, I cannot do a thing but He begins just there— He does the things no one else can ever do. Am I prepared for His coming? Jesus cannot come as long as there is anything in the way either of goodness or badness. When He comes, am I prepared for Him to drag into the light every wrong thing I have done? It is just there that He comes. Wherever I know I am unclean, He will put His feet; wherever I think I am clean, He will withdraw them.” (My Utmost For His Highest, Discovery House Publishers, August 22) I’d recommend you get this book My Utmost For His Highest–it will give you the insights that will help you strengthen your spiritual walk with God.
I added a few quotes from Oswald Chambers from the book The Utmost for His Highest because his writings helped me to understand more of the words of the Bible. This strengthened my understanding and relationship with Yahweh.
3. But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. (Matthew 6:33)
“Jesus is saying that the great care of life is to put the relationship to God first, and everything else second.” states Oswald Chambers.
I hope to attain eternal life in the Kingdom with Yahweh. I aim to live in a perfect place filled with beautiful things and riches beyond my wildest imagination. Everlasting life with Yahweh is a place of joy and love and real freedom from sin, sorrow and suffering–and might I add death. My dream of heaven made this clear.
Let’s reach higher levels in our spiritual walk with God. Let’s walk on the narrow road that leads us above a life of sin into safety: the Kingdom of Yahweh.
4. Consecrate means to make holy or to dedicate to a higher purpose.
Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [that is, separate you from profane and vulgar things, make you pure and whole and undamaged—consecrated to Him—set apart for His purpose]; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete and [be found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful and absolutely trustworthy is He who is calling you [to Himself for your salvation], and He will do it [He will fulfill His call by making you holy, guarding you, watching over you, and protecting you as His own]. ( I Thessalonians 5:23-24)
5. Brothers and sisters, pray for us. ( I Thessalonians 5:25)
We all need others to pray for us, especially, facing spiritual assaults from the enemy.
6. So then let us not sleep [in spiritual indifference] as the rest [of the world does], but let us keep wide awake [alert and cautious] and let us be sober [self-controlled, calm, and wise]. (I Thessalonians 5:6)
7. Rejoice always and delight in your faith; be unceasing and persistent in prayer; in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench [subdue, or be unresponsive to the working and guidance of] the [Holy] Spirit. Do not scorn or reject gifts of prophecy or prophecies [spoken revelations—words of instruction or exhortation or warning]. But test all things carefully [so you can recognize what is good]. Hold firmly to that which is good. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-21)
Fellow Citizens with the Holy Ones–Step 3
8. When you pray and seek God with all your heart, mind and soul, God shows up and speaks to your heart, mind and soul within you. You learn that once the Holy Spirit is given to you by God, you have The Kingdom of God within you.
“So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones, and of the household of God,” states Ephesians 2:19 (Hebrew Names Version).
A citizen is a member of a state or kingdom or a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government and is entitled to protection from it.Yahweh will protect you. You are citizens of the the heavenly kingdom of God.
Paul says in Ephesians 2:16-22 the following:
And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
Yahweh lives in you; therefore, The Kingdom of God is found within you.
Luke the physician wrote in Luke 17:21 “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”
Luke warns us in Luke 21:8 saying there will be many false teachers and preachers preaching and teaching in the name of Jesus, but Luke says the following regarding these deceptive teachers:
And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.
Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not…(Matthew 24:23-28).
And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: (Mark 13:21)
Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ don’t believe it. (Mark 13:21 HNV)
For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. (Romans 14:17)
God wanted everyone, not just Jews, to know this rich and glorious secret inside and out, regardless of their background, regardless of their religious standing. The mystery in a nutshell is just this: Christ is in you, therefore you can look forward to sharing in God’s glory. It’s that simple. That is the substance of our Message. (Colossians 1:27 Message Bible)
heal anyone who is sick, and tell them, ‘God’s kingdom is right on your doorstep!’ (Luke 10:9 MSG)
“When you enter a town and are not received, go out in the street and say, ‘The only thing we got from you is the dirt on our feet, and we’re giving it back. Did you have any idea that God’s kingdom was right on your doorstep?’…” (Luke 10:10-11 MSG)
But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. (Matthew 12:28 KJV)
“But if it’s by God’s power that I am sending the evil spirits packing, then God’s kingdom is here for sure.” (Matthew 12:28 MSG)

Stop and Ponder for a moment
⇒ Why prepare for the Kingdom of Heaven?
⇒ How do we go about preparing to meet our Creator?
⇒ Who is this great Creator that designed everything we see and don’t see (invisible things) around us?
⇒ How do we get back into Heaven and see Yahweh face to face again?
⇒ How does having Yahweh in our lives change our everyday lives?
I pose these questions so those seeking have an idea what they can do to search out and discover Yahweh and his kingdom, to answer the major questions of this life, for yourself.
As a science major I know the intricate details of our bodies down to the molecular/microscopic level. I am a problem solver by nature. You can see I think scientifically, and I am eternally curious about the physical world around me. I am even more curious about the spiritual world around me. I want us to look beyond the physical to search out the invisible God and discover a supernatural and spiritual God that works and lives within each of us. I am not intimidated by a challenge. We just must allow Yahweh (God) into our lives. Yahweh can always be with us around us if we welcome Him in our lives. Yahweh grants each of us seventy years to get to know Him and to find our way back to Heaven with Him. Some of us die earlier and others live significantly longer due to varied reasons.
This website and this article are like a scientific journal. I share my many great experiences with the living God. I will share some of my spiritual knowledge and insights of this great God. I have spent a life time, forty plus years, tracking down Yahweh. Eternally searching for the Creator. I have found this spiritual being and know Him well. There is far greater for me to discover, but I feel confident that I know our Creator. If you’d like a relationship with this awesome God (Yahweh), please continue reading, ask and answer your questions, study, and follow my writings on my website.
Walking by Faith
I learned to walk by faith and not by sight, we all must learn to do the same. We must use our spiritual eyes, ears and bodies to search for Yahweh with all our heart, mind and soul. We must believe that He is real and His word is true to discover Him for ourselves. We should test this truth by seeing that His promises are real. You will see that He is faithful when we have faith.
My parents emigrated to this country, with five children and started their lives over in a foreign land: here in America. My father took his father’s advice to take his family to a new country (My father had lost both his parents within forty days of each other). Even though I was young, I knew the struggles my parents faced.I noticed it all, despite their struggles I grew up incredibly happy and carefree.I had everything I needed and wanted. We were blessed in that we always had a roof over our heads and three meals a day. We actually had plenty; both my parents were hard workers and they sacrificed for their now six children to succeed in life. Though my parents’ lives were much better and easier in Belize, they were determined not to return and make it work. They knew the lives of their six children would be better here in America.
When I was a young person, in my early a teens, I prayed and asked Yahweh to help me acquire my own home by the age of twenty eight. My concern was to ensure that my parents would have a place to retire in without a monthly rent. So, one day in the summer, I prayed with a sincere and earnest heart, at about thirteen years old, that Yahweh would help me to somehow get my own place and not need to rent before the age of twenty-eight.
Yahweh answered my prayer in a supernatural way
When I acquired a home, long story short, just before my twenty-seventh birthday. It is now the home my parents are retired in today, living rent and mortgage free, thanks to Yahweh answering the prayer I made so many years prior. Yahweh heard the prayer of a humble teenager all those years ago. He has heard and answered my innumerable prayers from childhood and even today.
God is no respecter of persons.
What he has done for me, He will do for any of His children who seek Him with a sincere and earnest heart and obey His words.
Knowing and understanding Yahweh’s words to us will help us prepare ourselves to successfully acquire the keys to the Kingdom of Yahweh rather than meeting rejection by a Holy God.
John said in Revelation 22:13-20 the following words:
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
Yehsua Jesus is coming quickly to judge the world.
Prepare for His coming and avoid being tossed out like a dog.Dogs are not welcome, nor murderers or idolaters nor those who love to lie–see Revelation 22:15.
The word dog triggered my thoughts penned here today to share with you.
Let’s take a look at the word dog:
Literally: a dog, scavenging canine
Figuratively: a spiritual predator who feeds off others.
Now it’s meaning from Strong’s Concordance:
In Strong’s Concordance a dog is kyon pronounced phonetically (koo-ohn)–2965 in Strong’s Concordance. A dog is universally despised in the East. A loose dog was disdained in ancient times and viewed as a “mooch pooch” that ran about as a scavenger says Strong’s Concordance.
Avoid the Dogs
Let us not live life like a dog–living in a predatory fashion. You should connect with the life giver and get your resources from your connection and relationship with Yahweh through the power of His Holy Spirit. You ought to feed others and not feed off of others. Those truly connected to the life giver will possess the life giver within them.
They will be like a tree planted by the living water. Their leaf will never wither–Psalm 1.
In conclusion as a young person I prepared to acquire a home for myself and family. Wanting to live more bountifully in the physical world, but now I’m preparing for my spiritual home.I’m not leaving anything to chance.I know if I prepare well, Yahweh will help me acquire a home in the spiritual kingdom.I know how to acquire my spiritual home.I just need to ask Yahweh for what I want, and He will hear my humble prayers and answer me.
Remember Yahweh is no respecter of person, He will answer you too if you love Him with all your heart, mind and soul.Obedience is the key.I leave you to ponder the following verses below in John 14:12-16:
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
That Comforter, Yahweh’s Holy Spirit, will teach you all things and guide you into your Heavenly Home so your not left out like a stray dog.
How great and joyous your life would become living eternally with your Heavenly Father? Yahweh loves you so much. He took the time to create you in His very image. Your a child of the King. Don’t you want to see God face to face in His kingdom soon?
Your future home tomorrow depends on your preparation today friends!Ask Yeshua (Jesus) to help you acquire a place and a home in Heaven–ask today and everyday knowing for sure that Yahweh hears you. This world is nothing compared to acquiring your place in your real home in the presence of Yahweh.Prepare for heaven my friends and you will eternally be grateful!
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28 King James Version)
Today I sat down and asked God once again to lead me to something meaningful in the Bible for the day. I opened up God’s word turning three times in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I landed upon Luke 17: 20-21 which says,
“And when he (Yeshua) was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The Kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (King James Version)
I read the comments by Bible commentator Dr. Cane Hope Felder in The Original African Heritage Study Bible regarding this verse. The kingdom of God is found in our midst not simply within us. I meditated on this distinct meaning for several minutes with excitement.
Then I looked up the amplified version which says,
Now having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He replied, “The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed or with a visible display; nor will people say, ‘Look! Here it is!’ or, ‘There it is!’ For the kingdom of God is among you [because of My presence].”
Yeshua makes clear that you cannot see the kingdom of God with your physical eyes. You must see the kingdom with your spiritual eyes via faith. Yahweh’s kingdom exist in the spiritual realm juxtaposed to the physical realm.
You really must walk by faith and not by sight. When you trust Yahweh’s word to us and begin to step out in faith, you will become more aware spiritually of the spiritual world around you. You will pick up on the presence of Yahweh through His Holy Spirit who will manifest Himself to you.
I’m growing stronger spiritually so I am learning to walk more and more by faith in God’s words.
Peter for instance stepped out in faith when Yeshua told Him to step out the boat and walk on the water. The Apostle Peter stepped out the boat and walked successfully upon the sea–until of course fear replaced his faith. Then he began to sink in the ocean and immediately screamed for Yeshua to save him.
I’ve notice the spiritual world breaks the rules of the physical world when faith becomes active. If fear comes in, then faith suffers affecting your spiritual walk with Yahweh.
In getting back to the original scripture about the Kingdom of God in our midst rather than within me led me to think differently about the real meaning of this scripture. The kingdom is not somewhere yonder or simply within us, but in the midst of us–within our presence. Wherever I go, the kingdom goes! The Holy Spirit empowers us and brings the presence of the kingdom of Yahweh to us. Imagining that truth should set you free from all fear!
The Holy Spirit not only directs our lives, but He will draw others unto Yahweh through us. Luke wants the follower of Yeshua to move outward with new neighbors rather than inward on a privatized mystical “trip” states Dr. Felder. The paradigm is Yeshua himself, who deliberately chose not to be an introspective hermit but a servant on the move helping and serving others under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Yeshua is our example and we must stand on His words to us to become affective at leading others back to the kingdom by bringing Yahweh’s kingdom to them.
Yeshua says in Luke 17:21, “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” This “within you” remember according to Felder should have been translated in your midst. Dr. Felder continues by writing that “many interpreters find it convenient to translate the Greek preposition “entos” as meaning “within,” thereby interiorizing the Kingdom quite subjectively. How much less threatening and challenging it is when an individual can believe that God’s kingdom is merely “within” each of us.” Dr. Felder goes on to say that Yahweh wants us to understand and recognize that the kingdom is actually here in our midst!
Satan wants to keep this truth hidden!
The truth, however, Yeshua said would set us free.
The truth is wherever we go, the kingdom goes! When others see us, they should sense spiritually the kingdom of God in our midst!
I took this knowledge into my next day at my work place and felt spiritually empowered throughout the day. I felt a deep sense of peace. I stayed cognizant of the kingdom of God in my midst. The knowledge that Yahweh’s words through Yeshua empowered me to walk in the power of the spirit. I could walk by faith and not by sight. I could care less about what was going on all around me via distractors of the enemy and simply enjoyed the conversation with those in my vicinity throughout the day.
Trusting that wherever I go God’s kingdom goes made me view myself differently and made all the difference in the outcome of my day. I could walk by faith and not by fear. I could walk with courage and confidence at a level never experienced before via walking in the spirit. When you know you are bringing the power of God’s kingdom to all you come in contact with, you will walk with power, courage and confidence like you’ve never quite experienced before!
Ask God to lead you with His word today to something meaningful for you in the Bible, stand on Yahweh’s words to you (nothing wavering) and experience the presence of God’s kingdom in your midst today–share your testimony and bless others too.
“Give me one hundred preachers who fear nothing but sin and desire nothing but God, and I care not whether they be clergymen or laymen, they alone will shake the gates of Hell and set up the kingdom of Heaven upon Earth.” –John Wesley
Good and bad will pull at you, but when God wants you to do something HE will get your attention!
One night a few days back my sister and I spoke on the phone as we usually do when I remembered a very significant time in my life – 2005. The week of June 18th, 2005 to be exact. God gave a message to a complete stranger to confirm what He had already put on my heart to do!
A few years before, my sister joined a church that I periodically attended. After a couple of years, she decided to get baptized in the summer of 2003. After witnessing how God worked in her life, several family members decided to get baptized: Our Dad, brother, myself, as well as I decided to dedicate my son to God. We started our six week Bible study to prepare for baptism at the end of April or early May. Our pastor wanted to ensure we understood fundamental things in the Bible and that life wouldn’t magically get easier. God will allow us to be tested.
We finished our six week Bible study and looked forward to my son’s dedication to God on June 18th, 2005. Then my dad, brother, and I would be baptized the following Sabbath. A week before my son’s dedication, my husband said lets find our own church. We can go to a few churches, see which one feels right for us, and then get our son dedicated. I was completely shocked! This was coming from my husband who believes in God but doesn’t practice his religion. He never attended church as an adult. He always declined my offer to go with me because I worship on Saturday. I told him “NO, I’m not going to cancel our son’s dedication! I feel like this is what God wants me to do.” Everyday that week before the dedication my husband asked me “Are you sure? We can find another church if you just wait.” He even called me at work saying he felt like I was “just doing what I wanted to do and didn’t care what he wanted for our son.”
At this point I felt torn between obeying God’s words to me and my husband’s words to me. I wanted my husband to feel what I felt: that the dedication of our six year old son to God would become the best thing we as parents can do for our child. When I left work that day, I felt overwhelmed and drained. I found myself fighting a battle, but I felt unequipped to fight!
On my way home my best friend Crystal called and asked me if I could take her by her church and drop her home. When we arrived at her church, Crystal’s aunt was in the parking lot with a friend of hers. We said hi and spoke for a moment before we went inside to printout some papers. On our way out, the lady with Crystal’s aunt stopped me. She said she felt afraid to tell me when I first arrived, but she knew she couldn’t let me leave without speaking what God put on her heart to say. she said, “Whatever you are planning to do, do it.” She didn’t know what but whatever it was God wanted me to follow through. “Don’t let anyone change your decision.” I stood there absolutely shocked! She went on to say “don’t worry about fitting in or if people who may not even know you don’t like you. Their evil spirit makes it impossible for them to like you.”
My flesh felt confused like how would this person know such a thing. Then instantly I felt overcome with love and amazement! God would use a complete stranger to get my attention. He instantly confirmed what He already put on my heart to help me from wavering from the path He designed for my son. I couldn’t help but to cry with joy. The lady gave me such a comforting hug. When I told her what I was struggling with, she was in awe! Our faith grew even stronger that day!
When I got home I spoke with my husband and told him what happened. I couldn’t perceive for sure if he completely believed me, but he didn’t question our son’s dedication anymore. That Saturday, June 18th, 2005 we woke up and went to the church as a family. We stood before God giving Him charge over our son’s life and asking for His guidance and protection each and every day.
Looking back over this experience, I realize how blessed I am. That God would get my attention in the midst of all the chaos!Letting me know that what’s on my heart came from HIM! Thank you, thank you, thank you heavenly Father for your love!
