Created in God’s image (stop to think and let that sink into your mind). Created in Yahweh’s image is the concept Satan wants to annihilate! That’s his number one goal; Satan wants us in his image. So let us recall that Yahweh created us to appear, think and act like Him. He created all of us to operate according to His basic Ten Commandments of Love.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:26-27)
Yahweh’s character reflects love. We should operate in love towards Yahweh and all of God’s creation. God gave us everything and all He asked was for us to operate in love towards everything around us. He did all the work blessing us. He told us to continue to operate in the love as He explained according to His Commandments.
What is God Like?
-
Authentic/Real (You take your mask off for people to see the true you (not a lie). “Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.” (Romans 12:9)
-
Merciful–“But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. (Luke 6:35) Your enemy may cause you grief, but you ought not let them suffer and die. If for example someone robs them at gunpoint and pulls the trigger leaving them for dead, you ought to try to save their life. You also need to use wisdom–don’t jeopardize your own safety!
-
Kind—“The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:31) If someone injured you and you could not help yourself, you would expect your neighbor to help you. [Yeshua did that for us on the Calvary by dying to pay our sin penalty so we could live. Many think they can continue to sin against God with impunity, and Yeshua’s death will cover them. What is sin? Sin is lawlessness. Sin is breaking God’s Ten Commandments found in Exodus 20:1-17.]
-
Law Abiding–“Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.” (Romans 13:10)
-
TRUE–The Pharisees challenged him (Yeshua), “Here you are, appearing as your own witness; your testimony is not valid.” (John 8:13) “Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go. Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me. It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.“ (John 8:14-17)
-
Loving–“Do to others as you would have them do to you.” Luke 6:31
-
Unconditional Love “Fruits of the Spirit” (standard of love for us to live by)–
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8)
Remember You’re Created In Yahweh’s Image
If we make a point of remembering that Yahweh created us in His image, we know the model in which we ought to live our lives. We are not orphans left out in the cold. Yahweh made provisions to help us to return back to His eternal Ten Commandments of love. To know God and believe in God means we obey His Ten Commandments that He wrote with His finger twice on Tablets of stone. You cannot go wrong when you choose to believe God and obey His commands and stop listening to the lies of the enemy. Yes, it’s important to know the tactics of your enemy: Satan the liar and the father of lies!
Satan The Invisible But Ever Present Father of Lies
So regardless of the propaganda the enemy of Yahweh conveys about us through the airways: We are unloved and left in a cold world to kill or be killed, there is no God, belief in God is foolish thinking resulting from weak minds, and we exist here on Earth without a purpose for our existence. Evolution explains our existence and eliminate a need for the Creator. This propaganda reflects lies from the creator of lies.
We All Came From God And Once Lived With God; however, sinners cannot coexist with Yahweh.
We in fact left God (who created us in His image) and chose to rebel against our Creator who designed us to embody His character of love. Satan initiated our downfall, but we must choose to reject Satan and come back to Yahweh’s Ten Commandments. The power of Yahweh’s Holy Spirit will empower us from within to conform ourselves back into the image of Yahweh: Love.
Remember You Are Created In Yahweh’s Image
Satan wants us to live it up for today and both forget our past and our future. This false thinking will lead to our ultimate destruction. We God’s creation have a past and possess a future. We sinned and broke Yahweh’s commandments leaving us separated from our Creator and our richness that we once possessed in the presence of Yahweh. If we conform ourselves back to God’s standards of love, we will discover that we can return back to our creator and live a life of peace, love, joy and richness in Yahweh’s presence for all eternity. The choice ultimately is ours to make. We have a second chance of getting things right with Yahweh. We can choose to believe and obey God’s words to us or choose to obey the words’ propagated by Satan our enemy: the father of lies.
Yahweh sent Yeshua known to many of us as Jesus to help us return back to God our creator in heaven. So that we can return back into the kingdom of God in the image of our Creator: in the image of love.
29 For whom he (Yahweh) did foreknow, he (Yahweh) also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son (Yeshua), that he (Yeshua) might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (Romans 8:29-30 KJV)
29 For those whom He foreknew [and loved and chose beforehand], He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son [and ultimately share in His complete sanctification], so that He would be the firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers. 30 And those whom He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified [declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He justified, He also glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity]. (Romans 8:29-30 Amplified Bible)
MATT C22/30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
HEB C2/11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, HEB C2/17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren
1 JOHN C3/2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; JOHN C1718 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. HEB C2/6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? 7 Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour,
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; ________________________________
I like what John 3:2 says. “Beloved, now are we the sons of God…we shall be like him.” We need to think and meditate on these words of Yeshua: “Beloved, now are we the sons of God…” Thanks for sharing your comments!
